Design & Tradeshow Support
Between 1995 and 1999, I worked on various Apple projects at SMG, an event marketing firm, primarily in design, project management, database management, badging and registration, on-site management support for Apple's tradeshows and product launches, including events held at COMDEX, PC Expo, Macworld Boston and Macworld San Francisco. Work frequently involved working with Apple staff and managers in coordinating content and logistics, supporting rehearsals, coordinating with Apple PR and Apple vendors.
Worked on thematics with Apple partners, including BMW USA, Paramount Pictures (Star Trek), Buena Vista Pictures (Bug's Life Movie launch). Other tie-ins included Independence Day (ID4 - 4.5 Mb QuickTime) and Mission Impossible (13.4 Mb Quicktime).
Worldwide Developers Conferences / Tradeshows
Apple's exhibit at PC Expo in New York required branded creative framed with tight budget constraints. Seven full-collor screens of Apple's product categories were developed using tightly-focused product shots with motion blur to provide an immersive and dynamic environment, without using animation and rear projection systems.

Millionth Mac / Macworld Boston
Interactive Demo Loop
Developed a 3-minute animation loop for the 25 millionth mac interactive demo loop, accounting for the history of the Mac.
Apple @ Disney (Orlando, FL)
Developed a 1-minute animation loop for Apple's Exhibit at Innoventions (Epcot Center in Orlando, Florida).
Print Ad - San Jose Mercury News
Ad was developed to counter the unprecedented requirement for an NDA for the developer's conference, which was thought to hamper attendance. We turned it around into a prestige-benefit in the headline.
